Terms of Service

The service

cloud71 hosts static content: websites, files, PDFs, and similar. You upload it, we serve it from a global edge network at the address you choose. Plans, prices, and limits are listed on our pricing page and can change with notice — never retroactively for time you've already paid.

Your content & responsibilities

You keep all rights to what you upload, and you're responsible for it. You confirm you have the right to publish it, and you agree not to host:

• malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm visitors
• content that's illegal where you or we operate
• material that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark
• spam landing farms or content that exists only to game search engines

We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules — we'll tell you when we do, unless the law says we can't.

Your account

Sign-in is by email link, so anyone with access to your inbox can access your account — keep it secure. You must be able to receive email at the address you sign up with.

Billing & cancellation

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to the free tier. If we ever can't bill you, we'll downgrade rather than delete — your content stays within free-tier limits.

Service expectations

We run on serious infrastructure and aim for the service to just work, but we're a small product and don't yet offer a formal SLA. The service is provided "as is" — to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Don't host the only copy of anything irreplaceable.

Changes to these terms

If we change something material, we'll email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use cloud71 after that means you accept the new terms.
