The short version: we collect what we need to run a hosting service, we don't sell any of it, and your files are yours. The longer version is below.
What we collect
- Your account — your email address, used to sign you in (we send login links instead of storing passwords) and to send service emails.
- Your content — the files and sites you upload, stored so we can serve them. We don't read, mine, or train anything on your content.
- Usage data — aggregate visit counts, bandwidth, and referrers for your sites, so we can show you analytics and enforce plan limits. Visitor analytics are aggregate and cookie-free.
- Billing — payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
Who we share it with
Only the infrastructure that makes the product work: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Amazon Web Services (transactional email), and Lemon Squeezy (payments). Each receives the minimum it needs to do its job. We don't sell data, run ads, or share anything with data brokers — full stop.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your dashboard, and that's it for essential cookies. Visitors to sites you host don't get tracking cookies from us.
Your rights
You can export your content at any time (you uploaded it — it's yours), and deleting your account removes your sites, files, and personal data from our systems. If you're in the EU/UK, you have the usual GDPR rights: access, correction, deletion, and portability. Email us and we'll handle it.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a site and it's gone from serving immediately; backups age out shortly after. Inactive free sites may be removed after extended inactivity — we'll email you first.
